Evening Flu Shot Clinic at MCHA – Sherwood Medical Center

MCHA will be offering an EVENING FLU SHOT CLINIC at Sherwood Medical Center on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010 from 5:00-7:00 pm. This clinic will provide an opportunity outside of the traditional workday for patients to get their flu shots quickly and efficiently.

Cash cost will be $25, due at time of service. Current MCHA patients may also file with their insurance; cost then will be $33. 

Appointments are encouraged. Walk-ins will be accepted, but may have a longer wait. It is not necessary to be an MCHA patient to receive a flu shot.

MCHA also will be offering evening clinics at other locations.  Times and dates for the evening clinics are:

• Edgerton Medical Center (419-298-2319) – Wed., Oct. 13 – 5:30-7:30 pm
• Edon Medical Center (419-272-2779) – Thurs., Oct. 14 – 5:00-7:00 pm
• Montpelier Medical Center (419-485-3106) – Mon., Oct. 18 and Mon., Oct. 25 – 5:00-7:00 pm
• Sherwood Medical Center (419-899-2137) – Wed., Oct. 6 – 5:00-7:00 pm
• Stryker Medical Center (office will be open for flu shots only) (419-633-4029) – Tues., Oct. 12 – 5:00-7:00 pm

Flu shots also will be offered during regular business hours at individual office locations throughout the vaccination season, or until supplies run out.
